3. Offer and Contract Conclusion
3.1 The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but a non-binding online catalog.
3.2 By clicking the “Buy Now” button, you place a binding order for the items in your shopping cart. The confirmation of receipt of your order occurs immediately after sending the order and does not constitute acceptance of the contract. We can accept your order by sending an order confirmation via email or by delivering the goods within five days.
4. Prices and Shipping Costs
4.1 All prices listed on the product pages include the applicable statutory value-added tax (VAT) and other price components.
4.2 In addition to the stated product prices, shipping costs may apply. Shipping costs will be clearly communicated to you during the order process.
5. Delivery

7. Retention of Title

8. Right of Withdrawal

9.2 We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
9.3 You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us.
10. Warranty and Guarantees

11. Liability
We are liable for intent and gross negligence. In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for breach of a material contractual obligation (cardinal obligation), the fulfillment of which is essential for the proper execution of the contract and on whose compliance the customer regularly relies and may rely.

13. Dispute Resolution

14.1 If any provision of these GTC is invalid, the remainder of the contract remains valid. The relevant statutory provisions shall apply in place of the invalid provision.
14.2 Spanish law applies to the exclusion of the UN Sales Convention (CISG). For consumers, this choice of law only applies insofar as the granted protection is not withdrawn by mandatory provisions of the law of the state in which the consumer has their habitual residence.
